Miss Pre-Teen Kentucky County Fair - Representing Barren County Fair - 2024 - Jemma Tester

Louisville, Kentucky: On October 19th, 2024, Jemma Ann Tester of Oakland, Kentucky captured thecoveted state title of Miss Pre-teen Kentucky County Fair 2024 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Jemma is the daughter of Michael and Danica Tester, the granddaughter of James and Barbara Spurlock (Allen)and Tom and Charlene Tester (Oakland). As Miss pre-teen Kentucky county fair , 8 year old Jemma usesher title to spread awareness about environmental change throughout Kentucky with communityservice, and sisterhood events.


Jemma attends third grade at North Warren Elementary school.


Jemma loves to travel and has been to 28 states and has a goal to reach all 50 states before she turns15.


When she is not participating in pageant related events, Jemma enjoys dancing, making social mediavideos, drawing and painting, participating in school wide play performances and being a big sister.


Jemma's motto is "Kindness is always in bloom."

Miss Pre-Teen Kentucky County Fair 2024 pageant is an opportunity for girls 8-12 to represent each participating county fair in Kentucky at a state level. Jemma was representing Barren County Fair and she was contestant number 10 of 74. This pageant promotes contestants to get involved in their communities, gain modeling experience, enhance public speaking skills, and create relationship with female mentors. Jemma will be appearing across the state at local county faires and pageants.
